Version of 2026-10-11. They apply to every credit purchase and every use of the SlashAtlas Studio.

2. The service
SlashAtlas offers a free library of commands to copy. The Studio lets you, with paid credits, generate and correct advertising images from your photos, using third-party artificial-intelligence models (Google Gemini).
Results are produced by an AI: they may differ from our examples and are never guaranteed to be identical from one generation to another.
3. Account
The Studio requires a Google account. You are responsible for your account. You declare that you are of legal age or have your legal guardian’s consent.
4. Credits and prices
One credit allows one image generation or correction. Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included. Payment-method fees, borne by the buyer, are shown with the total before any payment.
Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable and earn no interest. A credit used for a generation that fails or is refused by the model is automatically credited back.
5. Payment
Payment is made by mobile money or, when available, by bank card, through our provider FeexPay. Card data is entered only on the provider’s secure page, with 3-D Secure authentication: we have no access to it. Credits are added after the provider confirms the payment.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By ticking the box provided before payment, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, for credits already used, you can no longer withdraw.
Unused credits bought less than 14 days ago can be refunded on written request to the contact address. The refund is made to the original payment method (same card or same mobile money number). No refund is due for used credits, except for a defect of the service attributable to us.
7. Your content and prohibited uses
You warrant that you hold the rights to the photos you upload and, where applicable, the consent of the people shown in them.
It is forbidden to use the Studio for: sexual content or content involving minors, violence, hate or harassment; imitating or impersonating a real person without consent; creating misleading ads or counterfeits; any unlawful use; bypassing the service’s limits. We may refuse a request, suspend an account and keep relevant records in case of abuse.
8. Ownership and nature of images
To the extent permitted by law and by the AI provider’s terms, you may use the generated images for your needs, including commercial ones. We do not guarantee their originality or exclusivity. Some rules require stating that an image is AI-generated: it is up to you to comply with them when you publish it.
9. Data and retention
Your photos are sent to the AI provider to produce the requested image; we do not keep them. Generated images are kept for 30 days so you can correct and download them. To prevent fraud and handle payment disputes, we keep order information for 18 months (e-mail, date, amount, payment method, IP address, accepted terms version, generation log). See the Privacy page.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount of credits bought and not used. It is not excluded where the law forbids it, notably with respect to consumers.
11. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the applicable version is the one accepted when you made your purchase. These terms are governed by Togolese law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. For any claim, please write to the contact address first.
