Audience measurement: we measure traffic without cookies and without personal identifiers (page views, copied commands, language, device type, broad origin of the visit). These numbers are aggregated per day.

Waiting list: if you leave your e-mail address, we keep it only to write to you about that. You can ask for its deletion by replying to our message.

Account and Studio: if you sign in with Google, we keep your name and e-mail address to run your account and credits. The photos you upload are sent to Google (Gemini) to produce the requested image; we do not keep them. Generated images are kept for 30 days.

Payment: payment is handled by FeexPay. We never receive your card details. We keep order information for 18 months (e-mail, date, amount, payment method, IP address, accepted terms version, generation log) to prevent fraud and handle payment disputes.

Advertising: if ads are shown, they are provided by Google. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, a message asks for your consent before any advertising cookie.

Your rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection. Write to us at the site’s contact address.
